Hi, I’m Sarah Anto.

In my 15+ years in tech, I’ve often been the only woman in the room. As Chief of Staff, I pitched to rooms full of men, where I felt unseen, unheard, and entirely alone. I know that isolation. I’ve felt the pressure to juggle traction, fundraising, and strategy—all while trying to prove myself over and over.

Over the past two years, through my FundHER coaching program, I’ve worked with over 50 women founders to help them build traction, nail their financials, and secure millions of dollars in funding.

I’ve cheered on women raising $500K to scale their platforms, launching beta products, and even receiving fully funded entrepreneurial PhDs to fuel their research and startups.

These experiences inspired me to create FundHER Collective: a space where first-time women tech founders can access the same level of guidance, resources, and support — but with the added power of community.
